Jefferson Auto Services has a great team that puts quality first and gets the job done! Once they complete work on a vehicle, they have a checks and balance system in place to ensure the work was done correctly. I brought my Nissan Titan to Bill Hood Nissan 6 weeks ago when my vehicle was shuddering when accelerating and was told I needed a tune-up. They said they couldn't get some of the parts which delayed the work several weeks. Once they received the parts, one of which I drove 5 hours to get myself, they said they completed the tune-up. They told me the vehicle was still misfiring along with other problems. Bill Hood then told me they trouble shooted the problem for several weeks and stated the catalytic converter was the issue. $3500 later, in addition to a bunch of money spent on rental vehicles, I still left with a broken truck. I brought my vehicle to Jefferson Auto Services and told them what Bill Hood Nissan said was wrong. They were able to diagnose the problem in 1 day, told me I needed spark plugs, and also needed coil packs. After explaining to them I already paid to have those things done, they showed me the plugs that weren't changed. Needless to say, I was not happy. Jefferson Auto Services fixed my vehicle in 2 days, and it's running just like before at a fraction of the cost I paid Bill Hood Nissan. I'm very disappointed in the poor workmanship I received from Bill Hood Nissan, and although they refunded a portion of the money I spent, there's no way I would bring a vehicle back to them. I appreciate the great work Jefferson Auto Services did and will definitely be doing business with them again.
