Auto Repair in Covington

I was recommended to Jefferson Auto, however my last experience was my last experience with Jefferson Auto.

I had to put my vehicle in the shop unexpectedly before going out of town. The part needed for my vehicle was delayed in shipping and Jefferson Auto North received it later than expected, not their fault. The shop hustled and was able repair my vehicle in order for me to leave town on time. I can't thank them enough for this! I received multiple calls from the shop with updates and they were professional and courteous each time. Highly recommend them for any auto repairs.

They were vary quick about getting my car repair on such short notice. The repairs done to my car was so great that my vehicle now drives better than when I bought it off the lot. Love this auto shop and definitely recommend coming here for any vehicle repairs.

Felt like I was grossly overcharged to repair a slow leak in one of my tires. When asked about the $37 charge (have NEVER paid more than $15 ) for similar service. Claimed it took a longer than usual time for their worker to find the leak, so they had to add an additional 3/4 man-hours to the bill. This was not my fault and shouldn't have to pay for their inefficiency.

Wow. They got me in and out so quick. It was a relief to see a woman service writer with a sense of humor. Bill was so sweet to me. I will only bring my car HERE from now on. Thanks. Great Job!
