My car had been needing repairs for quite awhile. I was uncertain where to go to get help that was truthful, fair and reasonable. I read the reviews then called to set up an appointment to bring in my car. From the moment I dropped of my car and keys I felt supported. I don’t understand mechanics beyond the basic needs but Alexis took considerable time to explain why I needed what I did and how it would keep me safe on the roads. I never once felt taken advantage of. Being a woman looking for car repairs, having her help meant a great deal to me!! It was like Alexis was standing on the other side of the counter alongside me. I am throughly satisfied with the service and how they value customers!! I was pleasantly delighted when I got in and discovered my car radio had been fixed 😃 I feel whole again 😂 Thank you so very much Alexis!! I will definitely be back when the time comes!!

They searched the national database, found one, got it in within a week, and put me back on the road in record time. My car now drives better than it did the day I bought it from the dealership.
