Auto Repair in Covington

We had over $1,400 of work done on my son's girlfriend's car and experienced a few noises later. took the car back and Jefferson Auto discovered that the part we got was defective...I think it was even a recalled part or something. they replaced it under the part warranty with a new part and then fixed the timing belt which was making noises. We were not charged for the labor to replace the defective part ( most auto places would have done that). the trip back cost a total of $44.00. Unbelievable service after the sale as well. I always get a email asking me if everything is okay about 3 or 4 days after the service. This auto repair shop has great customer service and they really know what they are doing.

Went without an appointment, 9 AM weekday, trouble with power window half open, and not moving, no warning. Out of warranty. Got price on the spot after normal amount of research and calculation. Seemed more than fair. Steve drove me back home, and took the car back to the shop. With new replacement parts, repair done that afternoon, my wife took me back to the dealer same day to pick up car. Dealer NEVER would have pulled this off, and the price would have been much higher. I know BOTH of these things to be true, from previous identical problems on other cars, over 30 plus years on the Northshore. I'll be back!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire process of having my car worked on. They were fast and very friendly. I can't say enough good things about this business. They went above and beyond to take care of my car needs.
