The service at Jefferson Auto was great - everyone was personable, easy to talk to and they answered all my questions. I got my car back quicker and cheaper than expected. I will definitely have them service my car from now on. Awesome place!

This was my first experience in an auto service shop in Louisiana as I just recently moved from Arizona. I was treated very courteously and was able to get right in and out in about 45 minutes for an oil change. I also was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and especially the restroom. This was the cleanest restroom I've ever been in for an auto shop. I will certainly return for all my maintenance work.

Excellent service and car is running better than it has in a long time and that's saying a lot for a car 14 years old (2004 model). Prompt service even during Thanksgiving holiday week. We will definately recommend and use again if needed.

The service was excellent, I live in Metairie and I didn't know where to bring my vehicle, the tow truck driver recommended them to me and Jefferson Auto jumped right in found the problem and within hours I was able to pick up my vehicle head back to Metairie. I was concerned about the cost, but after checking around, I feel they were very fair with parts and labor. Thank you Jefferson Auto
