I went over there with a Antifreeze leak and they put my truck on the rack. And told me right away that the problem was my water pump. The guy Ryan and all of his guys that were working over there make you feel at home when they talk to you. Very professional and very polite. The whole staff that I spoke with, though I only remember 2 names, Ryan and Steven, went above and beyond to render timely and courteous service. Great plus that they were even open for business during a time as this. They went to pick up a particular part I needed and picked me up from home after service was completed. I also appreciate the technician who picked me up wore protective gear during this virus scare. Jefferson Auto has the staff required to get the job done right and your car back on the road quick.
