Your service is great, but to have to come back with the same problem was not. Wish you would have looked a little deeper an fixed the first time. It may have not cost me $150 and a Sat. afternoon being towed. It was not the way to finish a dinner with my wife for our anniversary. Thanks for the good work you did when you found the problem.

I was caught 25 miles from home when the problem with my car occurred. Not knowing where I needed to look for help, I saw the Jefferson Auto North and pulled in. Steven was very understanding and most helpful. I was on an hour long break between tests at St Tammany hospital and was very anxious to get back. He (Steven) assured me he would take care of the issue and personally drove me and my granddaughter back to the hospital. In less than three hours I was called and told my car was ready to go. What more can you ask for? Courteous? Yes. Knowledgeable? Yes. Prompt? Yes. Then I met his father and enjoyed a very nice but short visit with him. Just an overall great experience. Thank you.

Ryan and his crew were wonderful. Had air suspension added to my truck to make a trip to Oklahoma towing a larger trailer that week, turns out the gauge that came with our kit was not working, one of their team had the same system and loaned us his personal gauge to make the trip until our new on came in. That is beyond their call of duty and almost unheard of these days. Truly a pleasure ... we highly recommend them!! After returning our new gauge was installed and the airbags work great!

We appreciate your review i'am so glad everything works great ms frances everything did come out great we try our hardest to get job done right the first time so we don't need to do it a second time and then every vehicle gets checked and has to past a inspection and then driven and then customer is called i'am sorry about gauge not working from factory but i'am glad we got it resolved for you thank you the jefferson auto service team
