Jefferson Auto replaced the engine (6.4 diesel) on my F550. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. Although this was a major expense the details of every charge and repair were explained in detail. Upon completion, I am confidant Jefferson Auto took the initiative to insure I was satisfied and have the best possible service from my truck.

I contacted them when NTB said they couldn’t install bearings in the right front of my PT Cruiser and gave them as a reference that could. They were able to give me a quick quote per axle and took me for noon that day. It was completed that afternoon! Great service!
