The ac in my vehicle had been acting up. I brought it to Jefferson Auto to have it checked out. They were very friendly and have great customer service. I will definitely be using them for any future vehicle issues.

I heard about Jefferson Auto Service from a friend. Steven greeted me with a friendly welcome and listened to all of my concerns. I was out of there in less than an hour. He let me know what other issues they found, but didn't pressure me into getting it done then and there, unless it was emergent. I made a 45 min drive to make it there and will continue to do so! Steve took my truck right in and trouble shooter the same day as he stated he would. Though the problem did not re occur, he discounted the rate to help me out. I did not tell him the problem happened after refueling; I fixed it myself by following you tube and changing out the vapor canister purge valve

I nicked a brake line on my 05 suburban 4x4 several months ago. I took it to my trusted mechanic here in Madisonville, La. and found that the brake line had been previously repaired, but not correctly. My mechanic, being a smaller shop was too overwhelmed and didn't have the resources to take on a job of replacing the brake line which runs from the front of the truck all the way to the rear, and told me I might be looking at quite an expensive repair. I started looking up places and making phone calls, and Jefferson immediately told me they could do it quicker and much cheaper than I had been previously quoted. For the scope of work and the amount of time it took, the price could not have been any better in my opinion! It was done right, and done quick, and they even flushed my brake system for me at no extra charge which I thought was pretty awesome! Jefferson Auto will most definitely get more business from me in the future!
