I couldn’t have received faster service than what I experienced at Jefferson Auto. We had a vehicle break down in Covington unexpectedly, and being from out of town we had no idea where to go. Came across Jefferson Auto.. a clean well kept organized shop, dropped vehicle off and within 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem and it was fixed by next morning. Great service friendly employees! And FAST! Highly recommend Jefferson Auto!

Had a mechanic I used to go to for over 30 years.... Switched to Jefferson Auto North and never looked back. Steve Fank's operation is top notch. the service and commitment before and after the work is done is outstanding and they will let you know about anything (preventative) that needs to be done to avoid a costly repair later. That is why i refer all my family and friends to Jefferson Auto north for their vehicles. It is done right and at a fair price. Just take a look at their shop.... it is always super clean and orderly. The care they show to their facility is reflected in the care they give your vehicle. Kudos!!
