This is the third car I've taken, and they did just as great a job as they did with the previous ones. They offered me to leave the car the night before so that I won't have to bring it in the day of. The car needed a window motor repaired, and they worked on it and finished it the same day. They don't disappoint!

My son's Honda Accord started run very poorly and the engine light was blinking so since I had an extended warranty on it, I decided to take it to the Honda dealership in town to get a oil change and see what they can do for me with regards to issues I was having with the car. Well, long story short, they charged me $160 for a diagnostic and tried to tell me the piston rings needed to be replaced because it was letting engine oil seep into the engine and misfiring. They told me they spoke to the warranty company and they said I will have to be responsible for the taking the engine apart ($1900) and they would send someone out to see if the repairs will be covered but if not I will be responsible for the whole repairs and for the engine to be put back together which would be another ($1900). So you can imagine what my final bill quote was from them but it was a crazy amount so I wanted a second opinion. I started to do a google search around the Covington area and started reading reviews for each auto repair shop and I felt Jefferson Auto Service North was the best place and man I was right in choosing this place! First, they didn't have to pull my engine apart and it just needed a good tune up since it was a older car (2010). Alexis was very helpful through the whole process and updated me with other issues they found wrong with the car like finding the front & rear engine valve covers having holes in them and finding silicon covering every hole. The car was purchased at a local Chevy dealership in which I will never step foot again for other reasons as well. I got my son's car back quicker than I thought even with the set backs I got and it runs like new! I will definitely start bringing all my vehicles to Jefferson Auto from now on even if I just need a oil change. Thank you all at Jefferson Auto Service North for the great service & quality I received!!

On 12 August '24 I took my car in to have a problem addressed. It turned out to be an exhaust issue. The JASN krewe referred me to a specialist for this. No charge for the exam. Honesty, integrity. It gets no better than that.

Everyone at Jefferson is friendly and knowledgeable. Jefferson has been servicing my car for at least five years. They are honest and I don’t have to worry that there will be another charge without consulting me first or pushing other services on me. Their prices are reasonable. They give senior discounts too!! Very happy and satisfied.
