This was the first time taking a car to Jefferson Auto Service. The problem I had with my vehicle was quickly investigated and a quote for repairs given. Once I approved that quote, the repair was addressed and I was notified that my car was ready just a short time later. Great auto repair shop. You may find a cheaper shop, but you pay for what you get. At this shop you don't have to worry about being charged for something you didn't need. From replacing the diesel engine in my truck to a couple loose bolts on my jeep, JAS has my business. Heads above any dealer service dept.
