Very professional and courteous. Had air conditioner problems on my vehicle and called for service. They were able to take me the next morning and I had an answer within two hours. Job was completed ahead of schedule and seems to have solved my problem. I would definitely use them for future vehicle problems.

This was the first time taking a car to Jefferson Auto Service. The problem I had with my vehicle was quickly investigated and a quote for repairs given. Once I approved that quote, the repair was addressed and I was notified that my car was ready just a short time later.
