Steering was giving me problems so I brought vehicle to my favorite repair shop, Jefferson Auto Service North! Tie rod needed replacement. Car drives great now. Also got oil change. Entire process took about an hour. Fast , friendly service at a reasonable price. The only place I bring my car for repairs! Steve and crew are THE best!!

Steve assisted me in shop. I needed to replace the tires on my car. He was great about helping me select the best option for my needs and budget. When things were done he brought to my attention some other worn parts. Steve pointed out, with pictures, the bushings and control arms were worn out. I thought my next repair was going to be shocks, but after talking with Steve I understand better why my car has been so bouncy. The only thing I would have requested differently is the alignment. I would not have had that done, knowing it will need to be done when they replace the control arms and bushings.

Always nervous when visiting a new auto repair shop, this was the first serious maintenance issue that I have had since moving here four years ago. A bit "pricey" however, I was satisfied with the time it took to finish the jobs.. Horn repair and windshield washer pump installed. $1032.00 total.

The prices are fair and competitive with other mechanics. Jefferson Auto stands out because their customer service is outstanding. I had to wait for my car and they were so accommodating and kind. The work they did was awesome and they even reset my oil change light which the Grease Monkeys could not figure out.
