Awesome shop very friendly i dropped my car off for oil change and they called me at 9am saying my car was ready no wait

Always nervous when visiting a new auto repair shop, this was the first serious maintenance issue that I have had since moving here four years ago. A bit "pricey" however, I was satisfied with the time it took to finish the jobs.. Horn repair and windshield washer pump installed. $1032.00 total.

The prices are fair and competitive with other mechanics. Jefferson Auto stands out because their customer service is outstanding. I had to wait for my car and they were so accommodating and kind. The work they did was awesome and they even reset my oil change light which the Grease Monkeys could not figure out.

Great service and feedback

Went it for brake issues and was able to see someone very quickly. Diagnostics were done and I was presented with the information and a suggested plan to repair. They gave a very reasonable price and could have it ready by the end of the day. Overall I was very impressed with the customer service, prices, and quality of work. I am now planning using this shop for all of my regular vehicle maintenance requirements from here on out!
